This week we are crushing on the super fun and diverse EP “Twilight Highway” from Sydney band Dande and the Lion. From the dark synth-pop vibes of “Wasting Time”, to the bright pop guitar-riffs and cheeky vocal of “Give Me Something”, to the rockier undertones and addictive harmonies of “Love’s Edge”, to the psychedelic themes and pop sensibilities of singles “Stardust” and “Twilight Highway”, this EP is a rollicking ride through multiple genres and influences. We love the way each track has a distinctly individual vocal, allowing all the band members to get involved, as it really shows Dande and the Lion’s propensity for collaboration and unity as a band. ​
