The bouncy beat and motivational lyrics are courtesy of the fresh rap influence that’s present in the track. If there’s one thing we know about SonReal, it’s that he loves bringing in multiple genres into his production so he can create a unique sound. “Bananas” is no exception!

“All I remember with creating Bananas was absolutely losing my mind in the studio. I did like 5 verses on that song just because the beat slapped so hard. It’s one of those records you want to perform live as soon as it’s recorded,” said SonReal.
