Written alongside producer and real-life partner Xavier Dunn (Peking Duk, Jack River, CXLOE, Graace), “I’ll Never Be Happy Again” details the emotional aftermath of a breakup as Sarah alternates between soft vocals and screams over a reverb-heavy guitar. Sonically, the track is reminiscent of Bleachers, infusing punk with mainstream pop in a way that is simultaneously catchy and cathartic. We’ll be keeping an eye on Sara Wolfe this year!
