Lola Scott - 4E Jobless

This week we are breath taken by the breathy belts of Lola Scott’s latest single “4E Jobless”.

Quitting your draining, colourless day job to take on the bigger and better things in life is unimaginable to most, but the great reality for Lola Scott. Facing the challenges and rewards of being unshackled from the dull desk life “4E Jobless” is the ultimate emancipation anthem.  

“I wrote this song about the first time I had properly quit a job with notice, and made the decision to go full-time focusing on music,” Said Scott. “I’ve had plenty of people throughout my life ask when I was going to stop playing in bands and get a ‘real job’. My family were never those people, but I was always encouraged to have a back up plan, and had many people assume music was a hobby.”

In the face of all the non-believers, Lola is giving out complete breezy carefree fervor. Channelling a synth filled production, trademark airy vocals and the whatever blithe lyricism, Lola Scott has once again hit a home run with “4E Jobless”.
