Canadian band Land of Talk have been in hiatus since 2010. Before that, they released some amazing stuff & we reckon they should be heaps better known here in Australia. This new track "Heartcore" is from their upcoming album (out May 19th) called "Life After Youth". Imagine The War On Drugs meets Fleetwood Mac? But cooler than that.. Singer Elizabeth Powell captures so much emotion but is just so smooth at the same time, it's soothing, and along with the motorik beat driving this tune makes it almost meditative.
