Sydney-based artist Jessica Tori has just released her first solo single “Skin and Bones”, and we are crushing hard on this one! Combining folk-esque acoustic guitar with gorgeously smoky and soulful vocals, the track is a confident and fully realised debut, focusing on the journey to finding oneself during tough times. 
“This ode to the slow revealing of your truth came to life during a chaotic quarantine and lockdown period,” said Jessica Tori. “It’s a celebration that we’re all a bit messy and we’re just trying to find our own way, in our own time.”
Jessica has just started her journey as a folk singer-songwriter after a long career working in the electronic music space, and we definitely think it’s a great direction for her.
