James Hersey | "Souvenir"

James Hersey has blessed us with his third single of this year, “Souvenir”, from his forthcoming debut album Fiction out September 17th!

“Souvenir” is an upbeat track fueled by sunny rhythms that keeps the energy high as James sings about all the wonderful things he wants to do with the person he’s in love with. “Souvenir” follows suit with his previous releases from this year; all three showcasing different parts of being in love.

On the new track, Hersey shares; "Souvenir is a lockdown escape fantasy. It came from the simple desire to see my girl carefree and happy again, inspired by never-ending nights in Berlin and our unforgettable days at the Mediterranean sea.”

With a sincere acoustic guitar outro that contrasts the tempo of the rest of the track, James shows that he is earnest about his feelings till the very end. He has the rare talent required to make heartfelt music that’s fresh and fun. ​
