This week we're crushing on Montreal indie psych-rock outfit Half Moon Run who have released their third and final single of 2019, “Favourite Boy”. As the anticipation builds for their third studio album ‘A Blemish In The Great Light’, the band also boast sold-out shows and an abundance of pre-orders well in advance of the album's release on Friday the 1st of November, this track is the last taste of the unique amalgamation of sounds and influences from the forthcoming album. True to its name, "Favourite Boy" is a subtle highlight of ‘A Blemish In The Great Light’, which hits hard with blues-influenced storytelling and powerfully lucent vocals.
