This week we're crushing on ​UK band Fröst, a collaboration between some of our fave long time artists, French-Swedish vocalist Johanna Bramli (from Stereolab offshoot Imitation Electric Piano) and Fujiya & Miyagi’s synth player and producer Steve Lewis. We've professed our crush for this band before, their hypnotic repetition and beautiful pop music ideas hit us right in the sweet spot! This tune will appeal to fans of Broadcast, Silver Apples and Kraftwerk. About the tune ‘Record Still Spinning’, the band have called it "a modern tale of a relationship seen through the spinning of a record. Stories can end but their ghosts and memories remain". Fröst will have a full record out later this year and we cannot wait!
