Dyan Tai - “Freedom”

Dyan Tai’s recent release “Freedom” is a statement piece for liberation and amnesty. Inspired by his upbringing in Malaysia where Tai could not be his authentic and best self, “Freedom” is the anthem of personal evolution, coming into the sense of self love and respect, living as the authentic and most true Dyan Tai. 

While advocating for diversity and visibility of Queer and Trans People of Colour (QTPOC) Tai brings the best of two worlds, combining the forces of dance pop beats with traditional chinese instrumentation creating a totally unique musical experience. “Freedom” instantiates the heights of Dyan Tai’s vocal range, reaching limits that are not typical to the male voice. 

We have a huge crush on “Freedom” and cannot wait to see where Dyan will take us next.
